Woodsonia has a passion for real estate

Our Story

Founder & Owner, Drew Snyder, along with three partners, purchased and developed a single-story office building located in the Woodsonia West neighborhood in Shawnee, KS. This initial real estate venture is what inspired our company name and where Drew’s passion for commercial real estate was born. Now, over a decade later, we have more than 30 assets and multiple large-scale projects underway across the Midwest.

Our passion for real estate continues to grow, as do we

The Heart of Our Formula for Success

Drew Snyder

President

Drew embraces the chaos inherent in the real estate industry. Since earning his real estate license in college to investing in real estate throughout the Midwest, Drew’s passion for real estate investment fueled him to the creation of Woodsonia Real Estate, Inc. With over ten years under his belt, Drew is only getting started. Omaha is home for now, but beach runs along the Pacific Ocean are in his future. Watch out West Coast!

Carson Stratman

Brokerage/Development

The entrepreneurial spirit at Woodsonia really appeals to Carson. He purchased his first retail franchise in Montana after spending years in Milwaukee. He acquired seven franchises across the country, where he crossed paths with Drew. Eventually, Carson sold his businesses and returned to his hometown of Omaha joining Woodsonia. When he is not working, Carson enjoys rooting on the Husker’s football team and Marquette’s (sadly, not Creighton’s) basketball team. Carson has plans to venture to the Nebraskan panhandle or even further west to Big Sky Country to fish and enjoy the outdoors.

Project Management

Mitch is new to Woodsonia, but he’s not new to the industry. After working with a number of real estate developers in his investment banking, venture capital, and investment management roles, he discovered a new passion for this side of the business.
